Due to the sold-out success of our Local Food Networking Event in Douro, Farms at Work is organizing a second Event (Round 2) north of Cobourg in Northumberland County on June 6th. Thanks to Headwaters Farm for providing the venue. Come see their lovely facilities, and celebrate Local Food Week at the same time! This will be a "business-to-business" local food networking event for local producers, processors, restaurants, caterers, retail stores, and institutions looking to make business connections. Based on positive feedback from the first event, we will again be matching up buyers with sellers for targeted "speed-meetings", based on what they are looking for. Let's work together to expand our local/regional food production network, create economic opportunities, support innovation and get local food on local plates! The ticket price for this event has been subsidized by a sponsorship by Northumberland County Economic Development. Coffee and light refreshments will also be provided. PETERBOROUGH, MONDAY, JUN...

PETERBOROUGH, MONDAY, JUNE 26TH to outfit you with the best possible bra for your body. Chapman said she will be seeing clients on a one-on-one basis, explaining the benefits of good bras and measuring their bodies properly. “Most women just want to find a good-fitting bra that’s not uncomfortable,” Chapman said. “What they don’t realize is that a good support bra is also important for blood circulation and enhanced lymph drainage.” Chapman has over 200 bra sizes available for ordering, ranging from 30AA to 52KK. It’s likely that you’ll fit somewhere between those sizes. She offers these questions for women to ask themselves: •Does your bust line “bounce” when you walk while wearing your “everyday” bra? •Do your bra straps dig into your shoulders leaving red and painful marks? •Does your bra ride up in the back because you tighten the straps to give you added support? •Have you ever begun an exercise class only to drop out because your breasts ached from lack of support while jumping or running? •Do you have a drawer full of bras but none that fit comfortably? •Do you overflow the cup of your bra? If you answer yes to any of these you are in need of a new bra, and a custom one could be the way to go. CALL 1-800-254-3938 YOU’VE TRIED ALL THE REST – NOW TRY THE BEST
